At Senior Help we abide by the highest standards of professional ethics.  Our business and professional practices are different from many private geriatric service providers.  Our obligation to clients, families and other professionals is always to provide client-centered care with a high degree of accountability to the people we serve.  We are careful to avoid professional conflicts of interest and we abide by the written code of ethics and standards of practice of both the National Association of Social Workers (www.socialworker.org) and the National Association of Professional Geriatric Care Managers (www.caremanager.org).

Our record keeping and confidentiality practices comply with health care standards of practice and federal HIPPA privacy policies.  This means that we will maintain and protect the privacy interests of our clients at all times.

Who We Are

Jamie Capobres, LMSW, Principal

Jamie Capobres is a licensed master’s level social worker with extensive experience in hospital social work, clinical geriatric assessment, and client advocacy.  Jamie holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from the University of Nebraska and an M.S.W. (Master of Social Work) degree from Arizona State University.  Jamie is a member of the National Association of Social Workers, NASW Academy of Certified Social Workers and the National Association of Professional Geriatric Care Managers.  Jamie has worked as a social work consultant and periodically serves a field instructor and mentor for students at the ASU School of Social Work.
